NORTH HUNTINGDON – Rep. George Dunbar (R-Westmoreland) is inviting District 56 residents to attend his upcoming district events.

On Thursday, Sept. 12, Dunbar is once again partnering with the Norwin Community Resource Center, located at 231 Jennie Drive, North Huntingdon, to host his annual Senior Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Senior citizens, individuals with disabilities, personal and family caregivers, and the general public will have the opportunity to learn about the wide variety of products and services available to improve their health and enjoy a better quality of life.

In addition, Dunbar’s annual Children’s Health and Safety Expo will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Manor Borough Park. A wide variety of state and local agencies will be on hand at this family-oriented event with giveaways and valuable information for children and parents, including fun activities, healthy eating information, various athletic and safety demonstrations, plus much more.
