PENN TOWNSHIP – Rep. George Dunbar (R-Westmoreland) is inviting District 56 residents to attend his upcoming Concealed Carry Seminar on Saturday, Nov. 16, from noon - 2 p.m., at VFW Post 781, 100 Billott Avenue, Irwin.
